eFile bankruptcy
my husband and i filed bankruptcy last year. are we entitled to file our income tax thru efile?.
want to know my legal rights while in this bankruptcy
You can file through efile, but do not expect to get a refund. I efiled for the year I had my bankruptcy. That is not a problem. Just remember at discharge it states that you "may" not receive any monies you expect to receive in a tax refund. I did but my guess is that is because I did not make much money that year. Good Luck!
