tax return bankruptcy chapter 7
Do they really make you forfit a percentage of you tax return when you file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy?.
The only time I have ever heard of this is when someone owes either back taxes or student loans backed by the Government.

if we file chapter 7 bankruptcy will we loose our tax return?.
If you loose your return, you accountant should be able to provide a replace ment.
