Delinquent Property Taxes
is it true that property can be sold and bought thru tax deeds ? delinquent tax property..?.
I would like to get involved in tax leins and tax deeds investing. has anyone been successful in this venture ?
In my state, California, if you do not pay your property taxes for five years, the county tax collector will offer your property for public auction. Most property gets redeemed before the sale but some does get auctioned.

Unpaid Real Estate Taxes
Im delinquent paying property taxes. Should I withdraw my retirement or file bankruptcy?.
Im divorced. Couldn't pay for my car had to let it go back. They say I ,owe 6000.00 on it. My house is not paid for, my property taxes are delinquent. I need a reliable car and my 15 year old will need a car as soon as she's old enough. She's very involved in extracuriculars in school , one of which is Band that she trying to get a Scholarship in. I have 8 years in TRS that I can get (minus 30%) or should i try to file bankuptcy?
Property taxes cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. In fact, most taxes cannot be discharged in bankruptcy.
I strongly discourage you from withdrawing money from your TRS. Your TRS is fully protected from creditors -- NOBODY can take your TRS money. Ever. As soon as you withdraw it, then your creditors can take that money from you.
