Tax Cut Software non filing Virginia state tax due to being below AGI threshold?.
My AGI is below the minimum for 2010 which is $11K and change. Site says, and my tax cut software says, that I dont have to file. but wont they just send me a notice that I didnt file? and how do they know im below AGI if they dont see my adjustments to my income and stuff? seems weird to me.
im a self employed and had will likely file next year. how does one handle all that?
