how long does it take to change your birthday for ssa?.
I got denied a tax return becasue Social Security told the IRS the wrong birthdate. If i pushed it through on the wrong date that would be lying about my birthday and illegal, but how long would it take to get my birthday through the system before i can re- efile for my taxes?
That will take MONTHS unfortunately (6 to 8). This is the busiest time for the IRS. Your incorrect birthday is not a high priority to them in the busy season. Sorry.

Call someone over them. Call their boss or call headquarters.
Each state's laws differ but it should be clearly stated in the employee handbook.
